Shop N Snap Review on Receipt Rules You Need to Know

So far, as a new user, I’ve already accumulated 53 points. From my experience, even if your grocery receipt totals ₱1,000 or ₱2,000, you will still only earn 1 point per valid receipt.

What counts as a valid receipt?

• Grocery receipts from supermarkets, grocery stores, or convenience stores. Kaya if may receipt ka galing sa 7-Eleven, Mercury Drug, and even Shopee or Lazada—as long as the items are grocery-related (food or non-food), valid receipt yan.
• Each receipt must have a minimum amount of ₱200. Anything below that is considered invalid.
• Receipts must be uploaded within one week of the transaction. Kaya upload agad once na makarating ka na ng bahay mo.
• The photo must be clear and readable—and dapat nakikita ang mga grocery item names, store name, total amount, date, and receipt number. It shouldn’t be crinkled or crumpled.
• If your receipt is long, you can upload up to 5 photos, just make sure they are in the correct order (top to bottom).
• Upload one receipt at a time.
• For every invalid receipts uploaded, they provide a reason explaining why your receipt was considered invalid.
